Guest Speaker: Jared Bargas
Jared Bargas, a proud Houston native, has dedicated his life to public service and community engagement. As District Director for Congressman Randy Weber, Jared leads district operations across the Texas Gulf Coast, connecting residents with federal resources and supporting initiatives that strengthen local communities.
With 25 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserve, Jared continues to serve as a military musician with the 300th Army Band in Los Angeles—a role that has allowed him to combine his love of music with his commitment to country.
Outside of work and military service, Jared enjoys CrossFit, playing music, spending time outdoors, and woodworking as a creative outlet.
Family remains at the center of Jared’s life. He and his wife, Heidi, have been married for four years and are proud parents to three children: Nolan, Lorelai, and baby Henleigh.
Whether serving his community, supporting his team, or making music, Jared strives to live out a simple principle: service before self.
