In 24 years of service in the US Army, Rob Hefner rose from the rank of E4, specialist, to Lieutenant Colonel. While in uniform he completed a Master’s Degree in Management . During that time he deployed to Bosnia and Iraq and earned the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star, among several other awards.
