Brad Boney is a small business owner, mediator, and public relations consultant based in Texas. For years, Brad has been dedicated to helping individuals and through mediation and public relations, with a particular focus on Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris counties.
Brad grew up in Shreveport until his father’s transfer, at which time his family moved to a suburb of Chicago, where he attended Fremd High School. Brad then attended Bradley University.
Beginning his career in ka family insurance business, Brad switched to the printing industry serving in various roles beginning in sales, sales management, corporate business development to Vice President.
Brad played a key role in developing the political direct mail division of Western Lithograph, a CGX company that is now owned by RR Donnelly. After years of contributing to its success, he and two others made the decision to pursue their own path at Signature Media Solutions. Eventually, in 2011, Brad chose to start his own political direct mail and consulting business. This shift led him to expand his skills to include alternative dispute resolution, offering mediation services alongside public relations consulting.
Brad’s dedication to public service took on new dimensions when he was hired by an engineering firm to aid in disaster recovery efforts after Hurricane Ike. His work in this field, along with his collaboration with the PEW Charitable Trust to address illegal and unreported fishing, led to the passage of HR 774 in 2015.
In recent years, Brad has continued to serve the Texas community, co-founding the Texas Oyster Association.
Beyond his professional roles, Brad has made significant contributions through Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), Ducks Unlimited (DU), Big Brothers Big Sisters, including appointment to the Pilot Board of Commissioners of the Galveston County Ports by Governor Rick Perry, and reappointment by Governor Greg Abbott.
Currently, Brad is a Credentialed Advanced Mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and a proud member of the Texas Association of Mediators. His passion for helping others continues to inspire his work, whether it’s through mediation, public relations, or community advocacy.
Brad resides in League City with Olga, his wife of twenty-six years. He maintains an office in Webster Texas.
